Bucher Hydraulics is acquiring the mobile electric drive technology business of Lenze Schmidhauser in Romanshorn. Bucher is thus focusing more strongly on the trend towards electric mobility. Continuity is ensured by retaining the site in Romanshorn and taking over all employees.
